DFTUZ WWW labs
Currently in this WWW laboratory you can find:
- Do you have a CERN httpd and do you want to know who is
pointing to your pages? Here is how.
- Looking for FIG-like, client-based alternatives to imagemap,
we sketched a
map of Spain resources
and a
PseudoHypercard page,
noting that some control on the bordersize was needed... happily now
almost all browsers let us to do it.
- We also tryed

- Estamos probando el
CERN httpd
para que funcione tanto de servidor como de proxy, lo que incluye un
cache para aliviar algo de carga de la red. Mas informacion
aqui. En los inicios utilizamos el ncsa httpd, que
aun no tenia caches. Y en el futuro proximo, para dar opciones
de compresion y optimizar los caches, seguramente implementaremos
Apache.

- We made some network traffic statistics using SNMPv1.
The method only takes a very small fraction of the bandwidth.
Look at the
last plot
which was daily updated until "they" closed the public access to
the SNMP information in routers.
